Mr. Clarke is a registered professional engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  He has over 30 years of experience in California and Colorado and is registered in Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming and California.  He serves as the Structural Department Manager and principal structural engineer.

He has been a structural consultant on over 1500 projects in Colorado with special emphasis on foundation designs for lightly loaded structures on highly expansive clays.  Mr. Clarke coordinates the geotechnical design parameters with the structural engineering of the foundations for residential structures, industrial and commercial structures, churches, multifamily projects, schools, banks and medical facilities.  He also provides structural design for retainage structures including concrete, railroad ties, bins and various manufactured retaining walls.  He has developed foundation systems included rafts, heavily reinforced walls, caissons, driven piles and helical piers.
